Equine Presence Sessions

This is a space to slow down.
To step out of the noise, and into your body.

In each session, I guide you through practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and present-moment connection. Through mindfulness, somatic awareness, and energy work, we begin to soften the patterns that keep you braced, and gently return you to yourself.

The horses are partners in this work. Their natural sensitivity and attunement create opportunities for deep co-regulation and congruence. They respond not to what we say, but to what we feel, offering honest, immediate feedback that can bring awareness, grounding, and quiet shifts within.

Sessions unfold organically, but often include breathwork, guided awareness, stillness, and time in connection with the horses.
You can come for a single session, or choose to move through a series, where each experience builds on the last—allowing for deeper layers of awareness, regulation, and integration.

This is not about doing more.
It’s about learning how to find your peace.
